FAQ’s

Can you install a garden room to my home?

We can install our garden rooms to homes throughout Witney, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Warwickshire and surrounding counties. However, if you want to know whether we can install in your area, then contact us today!

Are your garden rooms maintenance free?

Absolutely, yes! Thanks to our supplier, Ronjack, the garden rooms we install are practically maintenance free! They go through a long manufacturing process where the wall boards are moulded, dyed, treated with antifungal agents and then finished with additives to help reduce the damaging effects from the harsh weather.

What makes your garden rooms different from others?

Thanks to our trusted supplier, Ronjack, we supply high quality garden rooms that are built to last for a long time. They use high density polyethylene, resulting in the components being higher in strength and stiffness, compared to many other garden buildings on the market who will traditionally use resin.

Are your garden rooms made of recyclable materials?

For our customers who are a little more environmentally conscious will be pleased to know that our garden rooms are constructed of recycled materials. Thanks to our supplier, Ronjack, our garden rooms are made with 60% recycled wood. The rest of the garden room is made up of 35% high density Polythene and 5% additives.

Do I need planning permission before installation begins?

Typically you don’t need to acquire planning permission when installing a garden room to your property, as they are classed as outbuildings and you’re allowed to build one as long as you comply with certain rules and regulations.

There are factors that may affect this, for example, if your home is a listed building or your home is in a designated area, like a national park, conservation area or heritage site. Also flats and maisonettes don’t have permitted development rules. However, if you’re still not sure, please check with your local planning office.
